  1. 1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef

  19. 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce

  21. 350 degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients except the stuffing together. Spread

  22. 2/3rds of the mixture into an ungreased loaf pan

  23. 9 X 5 X 3-inches, pressing the mixture up the sides of the pan to within
