  1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Chicken - cooked

  2. (cut into chunky pieces)

  3. 3/4 cup 82g / 2.9oz Celery - chopped

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Grapes - red; halved, seeded

  5. 20 oz 568g Canned pineapple chunks - (in natural juice),

  6. 11 oz 312g Canned mandarin oranges - - drained

  7. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Pecans - chopped

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Salad dressing

  9. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  10. Lettuce leaves - as desired

  1. Toss chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and 3 tablespoons of the pecans together lightly. Gently mix salad dressing and salt with chicken mixture. Chill.

  2. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with remaining pecans.
