  1. Ingredients :Serves 4

  2. 200 g 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon 1 tablespoon 2 cloves

  3. 1 tablespoon 300 g 1 Pork belly, thickly sliced

  4. Ground white pepper

  5. Salt

  6. Cooking oil

  7. Garlic, peeled and finely chopped

  8. Sugar

  9. Shrimps

  10. Young coconut, fresh coconut

  1. Marinate pork with some pepper and salt.

  2. Heat oil and stir fry garlic untilfragrant.

  3. Add sugar and cook until it caramelizes.

  4. Add pork and stir fry until half cooked.

  5. Add shrimps and stir fry until they turnred.

  6. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Add coconut juice and bring to the boilthen simmer until sauce is thick.

  8. Serve with steamed rice.
