  1. 7 or 8 egg s

  2. 1 tbs. Dijon Mustard

  3. 3 or 4 tbs. Mayo

  4. Paprika

  5. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Boil eggs, drain and cool.

  2. Shell and cut eggs in half lengthwise.

  3. Remove yolks.

  4. Place yokes, mayo, and mustard into bowl and either hand mix or use mixer until creamy.

  5. Spoon 1 tbs. of mixture into each egg half.

  6. Place on a serving platter neatly.

  7. Sprinkle the tops with paprika
