  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Packed light brown sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dijon mustard

  4. 4 Boneless - skinless chicken breasts

  5. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Hot cooked rice

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice.
