  1. 3/4 cup 177ml Orange juice

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  3. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Nutmeg - ground

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml All-purpose flour

  1. In a measuring cup, combine orange juice, lemon juice, salt and nutmeg; set aside.

  2. In a 1 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.

  3. This sauce is very good on baked fish or chicken.
