  1. 1 teaspoon 5ml Soy sauce

  2. 4 teaspoons 20ml Water

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Rice wine vinegar

  4. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Peanut butter

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sesame oil

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Hot chili paste

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Cayenne pepper

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix the soy sauce and vinegar together and set aside. Put the peanut butter in a bowl and mix in the sesame oil, blending thoroughly. Then mix in the chili paste and cayenne pepper, blending well. Add the soy sauce blending well. Blend in the mayonnaise and serve at room temperature. Makes 1 1/4 cups of dipping sauce.
