  8. 5 or 7 grain cereal

  9. 1 c Whole wheat flour

  10. 2 ts Baking soda

  11. 1 ts Salt

  12. 1/2 c Molasses

  13. 3 c Hot water

  14. Combine dry ingredients. Stir molasses and hot water

  15. into dry ingredients. Let stand overnight. Turn

  16. mixture into small loaf pan. Cover pan tightly with

  17. 275 for 3 hours. Cool in pan.

  18. Wrap and keep in frig. Keeps 2 weeks.. Does not
