    1. 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

    2. 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

    3. 2 tablespoons honey

    4. 1/2 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped

    5. 3 cups corn cereal squares

    6. 1 (7-ounce) package NESTLÉ FLIPZ Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels

    1. Heat butter, sugar and honey in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Stir in cereal until coated. Spread onto baking sheet to cool completely, stirring occasionally. Combine cereal mixture and Flipz in large bowl.
