  1. 1 lb. ground chuck

  2. 1 med. onion

  3. 1 clove garlic

  4. 2 tbsp. flour

  5. 2 c. mixed frozen vegetables

  6. Mashed potatoes

  7. Oven proof skillet

  1. Brown ground chuck with chopped onion and garlic. Add flour until slightly thick. Then add mixed vegetables. Bake for 30 minutes or until warm. Spread mashed potatoes on mixture and brown potatoes. Serve with salad. Other ingredients you can add cheese, carrots, celery and tomatoes.
