  1. 6 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked

  2. 1/2 cup finely shredded carrots

  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped celery

  4. 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  5. 1/2 cup potato sticks

  1. Combine all ingredients except the potato sticks in a small bowl and mix well. Pack into insulated lunch box. Package potato sticks separately to sprinkle over salad just before eating.
