  5. 1 lb Hillshire Farm Smoked

  6. -Sausage, and variety,

  7. -Regular, Beef, Lite or -Turkey, cut in bite-sized

  8. -pieces

  9. 1 Green pepper, sliced in

  10. -square pieces

  11. 1 cn Pineapple chinks (15 oz)

  12. 1/2 Fresh pineapple, cut in

  13. -chinks

  14. 1 cn Peaches (15 oz)

  15. -OR 3 Fresh peaches, sliced

  16. 3 Green onions, sliced in

  17. 3 -strips

  18. 3 tb Apricot preserves

  19. 1 1/2 tb Dijon mustard

  20. 4 12 skewers

  21. GLAZE: Stir together apricot preserves with mustard in small bowl.

  22. KEBOBS: Assemble kebobs on skewers, alternating Hillshire Farm Smoked

  23. Sausage with peppers, fruit, and onions. (If using bamboo skewers,

  24. soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes prior to assembling

  25. kebobs to prevent burning.)

  26. Brush kebobs with half of glaze. Grill over medium coals for 5

  27. minutes. Turn kebobs, brush on remaining glaze and continue grilling

  28. 5 minutes. Total preparation and cooking time:
