Italian Pasta Sausage Soup

    1. - 28 oz. can tomatoes, undrained and cut up

    2. 1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage links

    3. 14 1/4 oz. can chicken broth

    4. 8 oz. can tomato sauce

    5. 1 tsp. basil leaves

    6. 1 tsp. oregano leaves

    7. 16 oz. pkg. green giant frozen pasta accents

    8. Garlic seasoning

    9. Grated fresh Parmesan cheese

    1. Place sausage links in large saucepan. Add water to depth of 1/2 inch. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 minutes or until sausage is partially cooked. Drain.

    2. Slice sausage into 1/2 inch slices, return to saucepan. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato sauce, basil, and oregano, blend well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta accents. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

    3. (1 1/2 cup) servings.
