  1. 1/2 cup mango nectar (recommended: Kerns)

  2. 1 (6-ounce) container nonfat peach yogurt

  3. 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (recommended: Dole)

  4. 1/2 cup frozen peaches (recommended: Dole)

  5. 1/4 block soft silken tofu (recommended: Mori-Nu)

  6. 1 cup ice

  7. Vanilla vodka, optional

  1. Pour nectar into blender . Add all remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth.

  2. To make a smoothie cocktail, add 3 ounces vanilla vodka, if desired.
