  2. 1/2c Sugar

  3. 2 1/4c All-purpose flour*

  4. 1 ts Almond or vanilla extract

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 2 Ounces unsweetened chocolate

  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Mix margarine and sugar.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  5. Place dough in cookie press.

  6. Form desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheet.

  7. Bake 6 to 9 minutes or until set but not brown; cool.

  8. ABOUT 5 DOZEN COOKIES; 55 CALORIES PER COOKIE.
