  1. 1/3 cup quick oats

  2. 1/2 cup soymilk (vanilla soy milk is the best!) or 1/2 cup dairy milk (vanilla soy milk is the best!)

  3. 1/2 medium banana , sliced

  4. 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar

  5. 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well, mashing up banana if desired.

  2. Chill overnight or heat in microwave for about 1 minute.

  3. Stir well.

  4. If chilling overnight, eat cold.

  5. Otherwise, eat immediately! ?
