  1. Chop chips and milk together in a blender or food processor until ground. Store mix in a tightly covered jar.

  2. To serve, place 3 heaping tablespoons in a cup or mug and add 6 ounces boiling water, stirring well to mix.

  3. This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
