  2. 2 cup(s) olive oil

  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt

  1. Puree herbs and oil in a blender.

  2. Strain through 4-ply cheesecloth over a mesh sieve -- about 4 hours. Stir in salt.

  3. Serve with bread as dipping oil. Store refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before use.
