  2. 2 lb. pkg. frozen Hash Browns

  3. 16 oz. Sour cream

  4. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  5. 1 stick butter

  6. 1/2 C. Chopped onion

  7. 2 C. grated Cheddar Cheese

  1. Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mince onions, and together sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, that you have cut into cubes.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
