  1. 1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell

  2. 2 large eggs

  3. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened

  4. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  5. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  6. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  7. 1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE SWIRLED™ Semi-Sweet & Premier White Morsels

  8. 3/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut

  9. 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

  10. 1 pint (16 ounces) HAAGEN-DAZ Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Beat eggs, butter, flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl on high speed until combined. Stir in morsels, coconut and nuts. Spread into pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm with ice cream.
