  8. 6 tb Yogurt -- plain, nonfat

  9. -vegans could use soya milk

  10. -yogurt

  11. 3 tb Vinegar

  12. 2 ts Dijon mustard

  13. 1 Garlic clove

  14. -Granulated sugar substitute

  15. -to equal 1 tsp sugar, opt.

  16. 1/2 ts -Salt

  17. 2 tb Vegetable oil

  18. Use whenever regular mayonnaise is called for. In food

  19. processor, combine all ingredients except for oil

  20. until smooth. with motor running, slowly drizzle oil

  21. through feed tube until mixture is creamy. Refrigerate

  22. in covered container. Mixture thickens when chilled.
