  1. 1 cup Evaporated milk

  2. 6 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate morsels

  3. 1 cup Miniature marshmallows

  4. teaspoon Salt

  5. 1 quart Vanilla ice cream; softened

  6. cup Pecan halves

  7. 1 small Bag vanilla wafers

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat until chocolate & marshmallows melt completely. Remove from heat as mixture thickens. Cool to room temperature. Line bottom & sides of a 13x9x2-inch dish with vanilla wafers. Spoon half of ice cream over wafers. Cover with half the chocolate mixture. Repeat with rest of ice cream & chocolate.

  2. Place pecans on top. Freeze 3-5 hours until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
