  1. 1 oz 28g Yellow onion (large)

  2. 1 Green pepper

  3. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Carrots - cutup

  4. 4 Celery

  5. 1 cup 237ml Water

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Beef soup starter

  7. 4 tablespoons 60ml Brown sugar

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  1. Cut all vegetables into small bite sized pieces. Mix beef soup starter and water in a deep skillet and bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water.

  2. Add to vegetables in skillet. Stir until liquid thickens. Serve vegetables with cooking liquid. Can be served with beef or chicken meals.
