  1. 1 ounce light rum

  2. 1 ounce blue curacao

  3. 2 ounces pineapple juice

  4. 1 ounce cream of coconut

  1. Preparation : Combine ingredients with about one cup crushed ice in blender and pulse until well blended. Serve in a tall highball glass, garnished with pineapple and cherries. NOTE: This drink may also be combined with ice in a mixing glass, then strained and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
