  1. 1/2 Kg Chicken

  2. 200 gms tomato puree

  3. 4 tbsp of butter (can add more too)

  4. 2 tbsp of oil

  5. 1 onion

  6. 6-7 red chillies

  7. 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste

  8. 2 tea spoon lemon juice

  9. 2 tea spoon curds

  10. 1 tbsp garam masala

  11. 1 tea spoon chilli powder

  12. 5-6 cashews (grinded to paste)

  13. Salt to taste.

  1. Marinade chicken with salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger, garlic paste for 2 hrs.

  2. Pressure cook tomato puree red chillies and diced onion (5-6) mts and then grind the mixture.

  3. Heat oil and butter in the pan and add grinded paste and saute till oil floats. Then add garam masala, cashew paste and marinated chicken, curds. Cook for 10-15 mts on medium flame.

  4. Garnish with fenugreek leaves.
