  1. 1 - Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers Original Refrigerated Biscuits

  2. 16 1/3 oz (8 ct)

  3. 1 lb. Mild Ground Italian Sausage

  4. 1 12 oz. package frozen Spicy Fajita Blend (yellow, red, & green peppers with onions & spices)

  5. 1/4 cup water

  6. 1 6 oz. package fresh baby spinach

  7. 1 8 oz. package shredded Italian Blend Cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll or stretch biscuits into 7 inch circles. Place on two 14" X 17" baking sheets. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden in color. Remove from oven and carefully fold biscuit in half over the end of a spatula to form taco shell. Cool on wire rack.

  2. While biscuits are baking, brown sausage in a large frying pan on medium high heat for 5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain oil. Add fajita pepper mix and the water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

  3. Fill each shell - first the spinach, then ground sausage mixture, and then the cheese on top. Serve immediately.
