  1. 1 lb. ground turkey (not all breast meat, too dry)

  2. 3/4 c. chopped shallot s

  3. 3/4 c. chopped fresh basil

  4. 1/2 c. grated parmesan

  5. 1/2 c. bbq sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients; form burgers. Grill on one side until almost done. Burgers tend to fall apart when flipping too early. Enjoy!
