  1. 1 cup cucumber cubes

  2. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage

  3. 1 cup seedless grapes

  4. 1 cup sliced avocado

  5. 1/4 cup chopped celery (without leaves)

  6. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

  7. To Be Mixed Into A Dressing

  8. 3/4 cup low fat curds (dahi)

  9. 2 tsp honey

  10. 1 tsp mustard (rai) powder

  11. salt and to taste

  1. Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate to chill.

  2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.

  3. Serve immediately.
