  1. 2 cups butterscotch chips

  2. 1 cup peanut butter

  3. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  4. 3 cups Kellogg's Crispix

  5. 3/4 cup mini marshmallows

  1. Over a double broiler, melt chips, peanut butter and salt.

  2. Once smooth, stir in Crispix and marshmallows.

  3. Mix until combined.

  4. Scoop onto a silpat or wax paper.

  5. Garnish with mini marshmallows and let set until firm.
