  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Firm tofu

  2. 2/3 cup 157ml Sunflower oil

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Ginger root - grated

  4. 2/3 cup 157ml Tamari

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in a shallow oven-proof dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, oil and tamari. Pour over the tofu. Let marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Serves 4. From The Gazette, 91/01/16
