    1. 1/4 cup butter or margarine

    2. 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

    3. 2 tsp. Parsley flakes

    4. 1 package (12 ounces) frozen peeled & de-veined quick cooking shrimp.

    5. Squirt or a few drops of fresh lemon juice

    1. Prepare above mixture and pour over shrimp. Cook for 6 to 10 minutes over a medium heat. Cover tightly and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes in sauce. May be served over pasta or rice. With a salad and rolls you have another quick fix meal.
