    2. Pastry for double 9 or 10 inch pie, unbaked

    3. FILLING:

    4. 3 c. fresh rhubarb, diced

    5. 1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

    6. 1 c. sugar

    7. 2 eggs beaten

    8. 2 tbsp. cornstarch or tapioca

    9. 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Arrange strips of pastry lattice fashion over top and crimp edges. Bake

    10. 10 minutes; reduce heat to

    12. 30 to 40 minutes more.
