  1. 19 1/2 ounces Pillsbury Rich & Moist Fudge Brownie Mix

  2. 1/2 Cup Oil

  3. 1/4 Cup Water

  4. 2 Large Egg s

  5. 1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips Filling

  6. 1/2 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar

  7. 1/4 Cup Sugar

  8. 1/2 Cup Butter , softened

  9. 2 Tablespoons Milk

  10. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  11. 1 Cup Flour Glaze

  12. 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

  13. 1 Tablespoon Oil

  14. 3/4 Cup Chopped Walnut s, optional

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 13x9 pan. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips. Spread in greased pan.

  2. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cool.

  3. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar and margarine; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour; mix well. Carefully spoon and spread over cooled brownies.

  4. In small microwave safe bowl, combine 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon oil. Microwave on MEDIUM for 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is just melted; stir until smooth. Carefully spoon glaze over filling; spread to cover. If desired, sprinkle with walnuts; press down slightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
