  11. 1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

  1. Combine dressing ingredients and set aside. Heat almonds and sugar in saucepan until almonds begin to brown; lay aside to cool, then break apart. Combine lettuce, celery, and onions. Add oranges, almonds, and dressing just before serving.
