  1. 2 Tomato - diced

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Coriander - fresh, chopped

  3. 1 Pepper - bell, green

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lime juice - seeded/diced

  5. 3 Jalapeno - deveined

  6. Salt

  7. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - red, chopped

  8. Pepper - black

  1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, onion, coriander and lime juice. Just before serving, season with pinch sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Makes about 2 cups.
