  3. 2 heaped tsp tomato chutney

  4. 100g soft goat's cheese

  5. olive oil

  1. Put the onions in the bottom of 2 ramekins and add 1 tsp of chutney to each. Add half of the goat's cheese to each and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Grill under a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and browned. You need to give this a decent amount of time or the onions won't warm through. Serve with the brioche.
