  1. 1 cup chopped white jamun

  2. 4 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)

  3. 4 tbsp ginger-ale squash

  4. 4 tsp lemon juice

  5. 4 tbsp sugar syrup

  6. 1 cup crushed ice

  7. 2 bottles (300 ml) chilled soda

  1. Combine ¼ cup of jamun, 1 tbsp mint leaves, 1 tbsp ginger-ale squash and 1 tbsp sugar syrup in a rock glass.

  2. Muddle (lightly crush) the ingredients together, using a muddler.

  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for 3 more glasses.

  4. In each rock glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice and top it with ½ bottle of chilled soda. Serve immediately.
