  1. 1 cup chopped dates

  2. 1 1/2 cups seedless raisins

  3. 1/2 cup dried apricots

  4. 1 cup black walnuts -- chopped

  5. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  6. 1/2 cup Southern Comfort

  7. 1/3 cup honey

  8. 1 teaspoon orange peel -- grated

  9. 1 dash salt

  10. 1 cup dried coconut

  1. Preparation : 1. Put fruit, nuts and graham cracker crumbs through food processor or food chopper using the finest blade.

  2. Mix together the honey, liqueur, orange peel and salt; add to fruit mixture. Mix well with hands and shape into marble-sized balls. Roll in the coconut.

  3. Store in tightly covered container. Need not be refrigerated but store in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
