  1. scrod fillet seasoned salt fresh lemon crushed ritz cracker s margerine or butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. place scrod in pyrex dish...season with seasoned salt..squeeze lemon over fish. crush up some ritz crackers and spred a thin ocat over fish..melt margerine or butter and drizzle over top. bake for approx 20 minutes...serve with lemon wedges
