  1. 1 to 2 lbs. ground beef

  2. 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce hamburger bun s butter

  1. In hot skillet, brown the ground beef. When meat is almost cooked through, drain excess fat. Add BBQ sauce - almost ½ cup. Finish cooking meat while it soaks up the BBQ flavors. Meat should be covered in sauce but not soupy. While the meat is cooking, butter the inside halves of the hamburger buns and lightly toast them under the broiler. Using an ice cream scooper, heap a scoop full of BBQ meat on bottom bun and let the eater squeeze on the top half. Enjoy!
