  1. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Orange marmalade

  4. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Fresh cranberries - ground, or Finely chopped 1 Frozen turkey roll - (2 to 2 1/2 lbs) - partially thawed

  5. Salt - to taste

  6. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. In small saucepan, blend sugar and cornstarch; stir in marmalade and cranberries. Cook and stir until mixture is bubbly and slightly thickened. Place partially thawed turkey roll in slow-cooking pot. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over turkey. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours.

  2. Insert a meat thermometer into turkey during the last 2 to 3 hours; cover and cook until temperature reaches 185 degrees. Slice turkey roll; spoon sauce over turkey.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
