  1. 4 Squares semisweet chocolate

  2. 1 Stick margarine or butter

  3. 1 cup Sugar

  4. 2 Eggs; well beaten

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

  6. 1 cup Flour

  7. teaspoon Baking soda

  8. teaspoon Salt

  9. 1 cup Water

  10. 14 ounces Coconut;

  11. 5 1/3 cups coconut

  12. 1 can Sweetened condensed milk

  13. cup Heavy cream

  14. 2 tablespoons Margarine or butter

  1. COCONUT MIXTURE GANACHE Melt chocolate and margarine. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and dry ingredients.

  2. Stir in water and mix until smooth. Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees. top with coconut mixture and bake until firm. Cool and top with ganache.

  3. NOTES : Your favorite brownie mix can be substituted for the from scratch brownie mixture.
