  1. 8 oz. white chocolate chips, melted

  2. 4 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese

  3. 1 cup sugar

  4. 4 eggs

  5. 1 tsp. vanilla

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler. In a medium-sized bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until well blended and creamy for about 2 minutes. Add vanilla and white chocolate and mix thoroughly. Put in a springform pan (ungreased). Place a pan of hot water in oven and place springform pan over it. Bake in a 250-degree oven for 2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool overnight.
