  1. 2 Small Containers Nonfat Yogurt

  2. 2 cup Fatfree Cottage Cheese

  3. 1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats

  4. 1/3 Cut Sliced Almonds

  5. 2 tsp Ground Flax Seed

  6. 2 tsp Vanilla

  1. Mix together and refrigerate. Do not cook. Oats will soften up. I like to add fresh berries and flax seed and cinnamon to this. Of course, you can add any fruit to this. I substitute pecans or walnuts if I am out of almonds.
