  2. Cut Up, Skin & Fat Removed 1/2 ts Salt

  3. 1/8 ts Pepper

  4. 1 c Skim Milk

  5. 1 c Cornflake Crumbs

  6. 2 cl Garlic Minced

  7. 400 F. Season Chicken With Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Dip Into Milk & Roll in Cornflake Crumbs. Place in Lightly Pam Sprayed Baking Dish Being Careful That The Pieces Do Not Touch. Bake

  8. 45 Min. OR Until Tender. (Fat 5.6. Chol. 79.)
