  1. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Orzo (rice-shaped pasta)

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil - divided

  3. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Medium shrimp - peeled, deveined

  4. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Bay scallops

  5. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  6. 2 Green onions - sliced

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh dill

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tabasco pepper sauce

  1. Prepare orzo as label directs. Drain.

  2. Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 tablespoon olive oil, cook shrimp, scallops and garlic about 5 minutes or until seafood is tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. In large bowl, toss seafood mixture, orzo, green onions, dill, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco pepper sauce and remaining tablespoon oil until well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate to serve cold later.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
