  1. 1 kg

  2. Garam masala 1/2 tsp.

  3. Yoghurt 1 cup

  4. Lemon juice 1 tbsp.

  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

  6. Oil 2 tbsp.

  7. Red chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  8. Salt to taste

  9. Coriander Powder 1 tsp.

  1. Remove the skin, wash and clean the chicken, make 3 deep slits on each leg 2. Drain the water from the yoghurt by hanging it in a muslin cloth for 15 minutes.

  2. To this thick yoghurt, add chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice, salt and oil. Mix well.

  3. Apply the marinade on the chicken legs and refrigerate for 4 hours.

  4. Preheat an oven to350 F. Arrange the chicken in a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Turn the chicken over and bake for another 30 minutes.
