  1. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Butter or margarine - melted

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Lemon juice

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Worchestershire sauce

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried rosemary

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground red pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Hot sauce

  9. 3 Garlic cloves - minced

  10. 2 1/2 lbs 1135g / 40oz Unpeeled large fresh shrimp

  11. 2 Lemons - thinly sliced

  12. 1 Onion - thinly sliced (medium)

  13. Fresh rosemary sprigs - for garnish

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.

  2. Rinse shrimp with cold water; drain well. Layer shrimp, lemon slices, and onion slices in an ungreased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish. Pour butter mixture over shrimp.

  3. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with pan juices. Garnish, if desired.
