  2. 8" (6 oz) graham cracker crust

  3. 1-1/2 c (12 fluid oz can) evaporated milk

  4. 2 egg yolks

  5. 2 c (12 oz pkg) semi-sweet chocolate chips

  6. whipped cream

  7. chopped nuts

  8. Whisk together evap. milk & egg yolks in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constanty, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in choc. chips until completely melted and mixture is smooth.

  9. Pour into crust; chill for 3 hrs. or until firm. Top with whipped cream before serving; sprinkle with nuts.
