  1. 1/2 cup cottage cheese, fat free

  2. 1/4 cup cream cheese, fat free

  3. 1/4 cup milk, evaporated, skim

  4. 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked

  5. 4 tablespoon liquid butter buds

  6. 1 tablespoon parsley

  7. 4 tablespoon parmesan cheese, fat free

  8. 1/4 cup milk, skim

  9. 1 pepper, to taste

  10. 2 cup fettuccini noodles, low-fat, cooked, drained

  11. 1-2 minutes, add parmesan cheese. Serve warm over low-fat fettuccini noodles. Yields

  12. 2 servings. If desired, you may season by sauteing shrimp with

  13. 1 tsp. of minced garlic and/or garlic-onion powder. Per Serving Calories
